all above and additionally music, trees, flowers, nature, watching the starry night, art, spending quality time with friends and loved ones the way you feel comfortable with, good food, just witnessing all the weird stuff that is constantly happening. trying out new things you have never done before and maybe getting to know new people and new perspectives. learning new things, best with other people together.
Defiance. Letting THEM win is not an option.
And nature, beauty, music, silence, learning, smiling.

Jest w kurwę, ale to w kurwę i trzy czwarte muzyki do odkrycia. Nie polecam życia "bo tak" jako wyjście. Nie polecam życia "na przekór" żeby codziennie widzieli że się nie poddaję. Please have another look at what theturbobear said and choose life, reach out for help. You're not a burden. You're a rope walker stumbeling. That's okay. Rope walking is hard and we'll gladly be the net beneath you to break your fall :)
Take a look on Viktor Frankl books - they tell a lot about having something to live for. I loved it
Cool bugs, reading children’s books, having a deep conversation with someone from a totally different culture/background, hugs you will give and receive, doing things that would make your past self(/selves) proud
