There once was a great commentary on this. I think it went like this:
"This is a perfect analogy for recovery. If you have the right shoes (those with spikes on them), it will be difficult, but you can actually achieve it. The key is having the right tools, knowing how to use them, and ultimately, having to do it yourself"
